Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please contact CareScan Medical Imaging at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations or appointment changes made within 24 hours of the appointment time may incur a fee.

To help us manage appointment availability and minimise delays for other patients, the following policy applies:

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel an appointment
• Non-attendance (no-shows) or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a non-attendance fee of $100
• No further appointments will be scheduled until the non-attendance fee has been paid

For patients who have previously missed appointments or cancelled late:

• A fully refundable deposit will be required when booking future appointments
• The deposit will be forfeited if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours or if the patient does not attend

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Providing timely notice allows us to offer appointment times to other patients and maintain efficient service for everyone.
