Referrer Support

Choosing the Right Study

Our radiologists are available to support you in selecting the most appropriate imaging study for your patient. We are happy to discuss clinical questions, indications, and imaging options to help guide optimal patient care.

You are welcome to contact a radiologist directly on 02 8107 4818 for clinical advice.

There are also several trusted online tools that assist with imaging decision-making. We particularly recommend Imaging Pathways, developed by the Government of Western Australia, which provides evidence-based guidance on the most appropriate imaging for specific clinical scenarios.

Follow-Up and Further Imaging

If further imaging, specialist referral, or follow-up is required, this will usually be clearly stated in the radiology report. Our radiologists are always available to discuss findings and management options with you by phone or in person.

Reports and Image Access

In most cases, radiology reports are available on the same business day. You can view reports and diagnostic images through our secure online portal using InteleViewer. We use InteleViewer as our imaging platform due to its reliability, ease of use, and consistent performance. If you require a username and password, please contact us on 02 8107 4888, or request access online via the portal.

Billing Information

The following examinations are bulk billed:

  • X-ray
  • Ultrasound
  • CT
  • OPG
  • DEXA
  • Mammography

Most interventional procedures are also bulk billed. If a study or procedure is not covered under Medicare, an out-of-pocket fee may apply. We aim to keep these fees competitive and transparent. If bulk billing is required, please indicate this on the referral form or contact our team directly for clarification.

Useful Resources

Education and CPD for Referrers

We value ongoing collaboration and education with our referrers. Our radiologists are actively involved in teaching and professional development and regularly host in-house CPD evenings covering relevant imaging topics and current management guidelines. These sessions are typically RACGP-accredited for CPD points.

You are warmly invited to attend these events. If you would like us to organise a CPD session for your practice or group, please contact our reception team to discuss your requirements.
